Prepare your hair

Towel-dry hair before styling - begin with hair that is damp but not dripping. Apply a heat protection product throughout.

Select your attachment

Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before plugging in. Select and secure your chosen attachment for the look you want.

Choose your heat

High Heat for initial drying. Low Heat for styling, finishing and heat-sensitive hair types. Work in sections, keeping the air inlet clear.

Finish with Cool Shot

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know.

Using the device

What do the High and Low heat settings do?

High Heat delivers maximum power for rapid drying - ideal when you need results quickly. Low Heat provides gentler, more controlled airflow, best used for precision styling, finishing, and for fine, colour-treated or heat-sensitive hair. Always begin on Low Heat if you are unsure of your hair's heat tolerance.

When should I use the Cool Shot function?

Use Cool Shot at the end of styling each section to set the shape, seal the hair cuticle and lock in shine. It is the step that elevates a good blowout to a great one - giving your style longevity and a polished, salon-quality finish. Simply press and hold the Cool Shot button while directing air over styled hair.

My device stopped heating - what should I do?

The MultiStyler is equipped with an automatic overheat protection system. If the device stops heating, switch it off immediately, unplug it, and allow it to cool completely in a well-ventilated area before restarting. Ensure the air inlet and outlet are free of dust, lint or hair, as blockages are the most common cause of overheating.

Attachments

How do I attach and remove the styling accessories?

ll attachments click securely onto the barrel of the device. Align the attachment with the nozzle and press firmly until you feel it lock into place. To remove, allow the device and attachment to cool completely first - accessories can retain heat for several minutes after use. Never force or twist attachments; they are designed for a smooth, straight connection.

Which attachment should I use for my hair type?

The Wide Styling Nozzle and Paddle Brush are best for straight, smooth styles on all hair types. The Volumising Brush adds body and lift - particularly suited to fine or limp hair. The Curling Barrel works well on medium to thick hair for defined waves and curls. The Diffuser is ideal for natural, wavy or curly hair, enhancing texture without frizz. The Concentrator Nozzle is for precision work and taming flyaways on any hair type.

Can I switch attachments mid-styling session?

Yes, but with caution. Switch the device off and allow the current attachment to cool before removing it and fitting another. Attachments become hot during use and should never be changed while the device is running or immediately after switching off.

Hair Care and Safety

Should I use a heat protectant with the MultiStyler?

We recommend it. A good heat protectant applied to damp hair before styling significantly reduces the risk of heat damage, improves the longevity of your style and adds an additional layer of shine. Apply evenly throughout the hair before beginning to dry and style.

Is it safe to use on colour-treated or chemically processed hair?

Yes. We recommend using the Low Heat setting for colour-treated, bleached or chemically processed hair to minimise the risk of damage. Always use a heat protectant, work in smaller sections, and avoid holding the device in one position for extended periods.

Can I use this device near water or in the bathroom?

This appliance must not be used near bathtubs, showers, basins or other water sources. If you use it in a bathroom, ensure the space is dry and that a Residual Current Device (RCD) is installed. Always unplug the device immediately after use.

Maintenance

How do I clean the MultiStyler?

Switch off and unplug the device, then allow it to cool completely. Remove the air inlet filter by turning it counterclockwise and pulling outward. Clear any accumulated dust, lint or hair with a dry cloth or soft brush, then reattach the filter securely. Clean at least once per month to maintain performance. Never use solvents or abrasive cleaners on any part of the device.

How should I store the device?

Store in a cool, dry place. Ensure all attachments have been removed and the device has cooled completely before storing. Do not wrap the power cord tightly around the body of the appliance, as this can cause the cord to weaken or fray over time.

What should I do if the cord or plug is damaged?

Stop using the device immediately. A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by the manufacturer or an expert service agent - do not attempt to repair it yourself. Please contact our team and we will guide you on next steps.
