HOW TO USE

Add to your Ritual

Cleanse your skin

Begin with a clean neck and face. Apply a neck cream or massage serum - the device works best when paired with a moisturising product to enhance conductivity and absorption.

Power on

Press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds. The device will start in Cleaning & Brightening mode - green light on, EMS microcurrent automatically active, buzzer sounds for 3 seconds

Choose your mode

Short-press the switch button to cycle to Warm & Moisturising (blue light, 45°C) or Deep Cleansing (red light, 45°C). Each mode signals a short beep on selection.

Glide and lift

Gently pull and lift the device across the neck and jaw in slow upward strokes. Do not apply excessive pressure. The streamlined head conforms naturally to the neck's contour.

Use consistently

For best results, use once in the morning and once in the evening, for 5–10 minutes each session. The device auto-shuts off after 20 minutes of continuous use.

Power off

Long-press the switch button to turn off the device. Wipe the massage head clean with a dry cloth before storing in a cool, dry place.

Using the device

Can I use it every day? How long per session?

Yes, daily use is encouraged. It is recommended to use once in the morning and once in the evening, for 5–10 minutes each session. The device will automatically switch off after 20 continuous minutes as a safety measure.

What is EMS microcurrent and why does it activate automatically?

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) microcurrent delivers low-level electrical pulses that mimic the body's own bioelectric signals, gently working the facial and neck muscles to support tone and lift. It activates automatically on startup because it underpins every treatment mode - it is not a separate setting but the constant foundation beneath each session.

Should I use a skincare product alongside it?

It is recommended to cleanse the skin first, then apply a neck cream or massage cream before use. This improves conductivity, allows the warmth and vibration to drive deeper absorption, and reduces any friction across the skin during use.

Who should not use this device?

Do not use if you have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, as the microcurrent may cause equipment malfunction. Do not use on skin with open wounds, eczema, or peeling. Avoid acne-prone areas to prevent secondary irritation. Not suitable for children under six years of age.

Can I use it on acne-prone skin?

Use with caution on areas with active acne. It is recommended to avoid direct contact with breakouts to prevent secondary damage or irritation. The blue light mode can be beneficial for oily skin types when used carefully around, rather than directly on, active blemishes.

Is it safe to use in the bathroom?

Do not use in high-humidity environments such as bathrooms or near water. Always use in a dry space. Do not clean the device body directly with water - wipe the exterior with alcohol or a diluted detergent on a cloth instead.

Maintenance

How do I charge the device and what do the indicator lights mean?

Charge via the included Type-C cable - charging time is approximately 3 hours. While charging, the front blue light breathes slowly. When fully charged, the blue indicator remains solid. If the battery falls below 10%, the red light will flash as a prompt to recharge.

How should I store it when not in use?

Store in a cool, dry environment - ideally in the storage box. Avoid overcharging to protect battery life. If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it fully first and then top it up at least every three months to maintain battery health.
